Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller

Full company details are on the seller information page.

Buyer

The name, address and contact details you provide when ordering are used. They appear on the order confirmation and on the invoice.

2. Subject of the contract

This contract governs the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the buyer from the seller's website, and the rights and obligations of the parties. The provisions of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply.

3. Products and price

The name, quantity and unit price of the ordered products, the shipping fee, any discount and the total amount payable are shown in the order summary and in the order confirmation email.

Prices include VAT. The amount shown on the checkout page is final; no extra charges are requested afterwards.

4. Payment

• Credit card: Payments are taken through the iyzico infrastructure with 3D Secure. Card details are not stored in the seller's system.
• Bank transfer: The order is prepared once the payment appears in the seller's account. The order number must be written in the transfer description.

If payment is not completed, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered by courier to the address given when ordering. Delivery is available to addresses in Türkiye and abroad.

• The shipping fee is shown in the order summary on the checkout page.
• For international delivery the shipping fee depends on the destination country; current fees are on the shipping and delivery page.

Delivery takes no longer than thirty days from order confirmation. In unforeseen circumstances the buyer is informed and may cancel the order if they wish.

The buyer must check the package on delivery. A damaged package should not be accepted and a report should be drawn up with the courier.

6. Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

The withdrawal notice can be sent from the order detail page in the account or in writing. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the amount paid is refunded within fourteen days of the product reaching the seller, using the original payment method.

7. Cases where withdrawal does not apply

By law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• Products personalised according to the buyer's requests (atelier orders and custom-designed bodies).
• Products whose return is unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons once the packaging is opened (mouthpieces, hose tips, etc.).
• Products that, after delivery, are mixed with other products and by nature cannot be separated.

8. Defective products

If a product is defective, the buyer may choose to withdraw from the contract, request a price reduction, free repair or replacement with a non-defective equivalent. In this case shipping costs are borne by the seller.

9. Protection of personal data

The buyer's personal data is processed to perform the order and to fulfil legal obligations. Details are in the KVKK information notice.

10. Dispute resolution

For disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade; above these limits, Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.

11. Entry into force

By confirming the order, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract. The contract enters into force on the date the order is confirmed.
