Shipping fee
The shipping fee is shown in the order summary.
The shipping fee is shown clearly on the checkout page before you confirm your order. No extra charges are requested afterwards.
Delivery areas
We deliver everywhere in Türkiye and worldwide. For international shipments, customs duties and fees may be payable by the recipient according to the destination country's regulations.
Delivery time
Your order is prepared and shipped after the payment is confirmed.
Preparation time may vary by product. For special orders and atelier products, the production time is communicated separately.
Order stages
- Payment received — Your order is in our system.
- Preparing — Your products are being packed.
- Shipped — Your tracking number is sent by email.
- Delivered — The order is complete.
You are notified by email at every stage. These are required order notifications and are independent of your marketing preferences.
Order tracking
You can see your order status in your account or on the order tracking page using your order number and email address.
On delivery
- Check for damage when receiving the package. Open a package that looks damaged while the courier is present.
- If there is damage, do not accept the package and have a report drawn up. Damage claims without a report are harder to process.
- The courier visits the address twice; if you are not available, the package is held at the branch.
Paying by bank transfer
If you paid by bank transfer, your order is prepared once the payment appears in our bank account. Don't forget to include your order number in the transfer description.
